Registration Problems

1. How long will I receive my keycode after the purchase?

Once your order has been validated, our system will automatically send the registration info to your e-mail instantly (within 1 business day). If you did not receive it on time, perhaps it has been tagged as a spam or it's because of the delay of Internet of system glitches.

Retrieve the key code if you are encountering one of the following problems:
a. The key code of the product you purchased is lost.
b. You already purchased the program, but didn't receive the key code.
c. The key code you already had became invalid after one year since you purchased.

2. The key code you just received is not working?

a. Please make sure the version of your program is the latest. If not, please uninstall the older version and download the newest version.
b. You'd better copy and paste the registration info to the registration fields of the program directly. Both license name and register key code are case sensitive and please make sure to avoid the trailing blanks.

1. How to upgrade?

Please uninstall the old version first, then download and install the new one using the same key code.

2. If I purchase your software, can I upgrade it for free in the future?

Yes, we provide free upgrade. Please keep your eyes on our site to get upgrade info. Please download the update version by yourself, and you can register it using the same key code.

3. What's the difference between the trial version and the registered version of the program?

There is no functional difference between the trial version and the full version. The only limitation of trial version is conversion time limitation: the maximum 5 minutes conversion of a more than 5 minutes file and with a less than 5 minutes file, you could only convert half of it. As our registered users it will no conversion time limitation, you will be entitled to get the free upgrade within a certain version and receive the full technical support from us. Also, we provide special discounts for our customers.
