Click File > Add file to import MTS files you want to convert to MP4. (Load multiple MTS files supported) or click
on the toolbar to load MTS video files.
Click Profile drop-down button, select MP4 output format for MTS files. Use “Browse” button to find a folder where you can place your converted MP4 files.

Optional:

After loading MTS file, click Effect button on the main interface, screen below will pop up:
